Phase4 Bio provides an intelligence platform for epigenetic oncology drug development, including drug profiles, target information, clinical trial data, and scoring analytics. The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data through automated means without permission
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service

Our scores and analytics are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment or clinical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phase4 Bio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination
